Hello everyone, I'm Brad! I'm a husband, dad, performer, and instructor. I love our incredible God and my amazing family, and music is a part of every area of my life. I'm pianist in residence for NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX. I also teach the piano and guitar to my own kids and many others, which is a joy and privilege. I consider myself honored and blessed to be a part of Dallas' cultural scene, talking to and entertaining the people who walk through NorthPark, and learning about and assisting the gifted musicians that are my students.
It amazes me the people I look up and see that I'm performing for: actors, sports teams and athletes, fashionistas, business tycoons, first-ladies, political officials, and the precious children who come up and put their tiny fingers on my piano and make their own song, feeling so very proud of themselves. I love the connections that I make with people through playing their music, the songs that inspire and reach them- pop, rock, classical, jazz, blues, broadway, and of course the Disney princess songs, video game music, and kids-show themes. I've played "Let It Go" about 300 times.
I also love helping budding prodigies and piano-lovers acquire the skills they need to succeed as musicians. It is magical to see new music coming to life through students playing, to see them perform and feel confident and proud of their work. Teaching truly is golden.
When I have moments not spent hiking with my family or teaching or performing, I write. I am growing in this and I'm excited about what I've accomplished and can't wait to produce more. For me, music is life, and both are a gift to share. I hope you are blessed by my life and music.
